About me:
From Overwhelmed to Overcomer of Anxiety and More...
Hello! I’m Brenda Sanders and I have been helping people naturally improve their health and wellness for over 20 years while practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Anxiety Coach.
In a pursuit to overcome my 30-year struggle with anxiety, I discovered a style of yoga that rehabbed myself out of the chronic pain, disordered sleep and fatigue associated with Fibromyalgia.
Along my journey, I’ve relentlessly studied the latest research on science-based tools that are noted for their effectiveness in improving mood, pain and sleep management.
I discovered that regulating your nervous system is THE KEY to receiving all of these benefits.
These tools helped to foster both of my signature programs, the Mood BOOST Method, a 6-month group coaching program for anxiety and Mood BOOST Yoga
Because of my experiences both personally and professionally, I am deeply passionate about helping people in your boat because I have rowed my own!
