I’m Brenda Sanders and I’m an anxiety coach. I help ambitious women who are on their way to burnout to drop the stress and anxious feelings so they can feel better, work better and get back to living life on their own terms.

You see, I’ve struggled with anxiety for over 30 years and finally told myself that I had enough and I was going to create a life without anxiety.

I tirelessly and relentlessly sifted through all the latest research and my past trainings on science-based tools for managing anxiety.

I began using all of the tools and strategies to manage my anxiety and in the process, I developed a method that worked!

I wasn’t anxious and overwhelmed anymore. I was grounded, relaxed, focused and starting to experience joy in the little things. I got my life back!

Living with anxiety is miserable. It’s paralyzing and can keep you feeling very trapped in your misery.
